Who May Appeal
Eligible users may appeal enforcement affecting their own account or content. Only the affected account may submit the appeal, and duplicate active appeals may be restricted.
How to Appeal
Appeals may be available through the Showdek app. When the in-app option is unavailable, the affected user may contact support@showdek.com. Showdek does not promise a fixed appeal-response time.
- Look for an appeal option in the Showdek app for the affected account or content.
- If the in-app option is unavailable, email support@showdek.com from the address registered to the affected account.
- Include your Showdek username, identify the content or account action, and briefly explain why you want the decision reviewed.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or unrelated private-message contents.
Appeal Outcomes
- A reviewer may uphold the enforcement decision.
- A reviewer may reverse the enforcement decision.
- A reviewer may modify the enforcement decision.
- A reversal or modification becomes effective only after confirmed system action.
Information Protection
Reporter identity is never disclosed through an appeal. Confidential evidence, internal notes, and restricted safety information may not be provided to the appealing user.
