Applicable Legal Process
Showdek reviews legally valid requests from authorised government, law-enforcement, judicial, and regulatory bodies. Requests must follow applicable legal processes.
Request Review
- Showdek may request clarification, narrowing, correction, or additional authority.
- Where permitted, Showdek may reject requests that are invalid, overly broad, unlawful, or technically deficient.
- User information is not disclosed merely because someone sends an informal request.
Emergency Requests
Emergency requests must involve a credible risk of imminent serious harm and remain subject to applicable law.
User Confidentiality
Showdek preserves user confidentiality and discloses only information that it determines is legally required or permitted.
