Signing in

Check that your email is typed correctly, your connection is stable, and your app version is current. If login still fails, contact support with your registered email, device type, app version, and the error message if shown.

Creating an account

If you cannot create an account, confirm that your email is valid, required fields are complete, and any verification step is finished. Contact support with the email you attempted to use and a description of the issue.

Profile and visibility

For profile photo, bio, username, links, privacy settings, or public visibility issues, send your username, device type, app version, and a short description.

Posts, projects, and uploads

For failed posts, projects, clips, images, or videos, check your connection and file size/type. Contact support with your username, upload type, approximate time, device, app version, and any error shown.

Reporting content

Use the in-app Report action for abusive profiles, posts, projects, clips, or comments. You can also email support with the username, content link or appropriate screenshot, report reason, and a clear description.

Restricted accounts

If your account is restricted, suspended, or blocked, contact support with your registered email, username, and the reason you believe the action should be reviewed.

Deleting an account

Use the Delete Account page for in-app deletion instructions and help creating an email account-deletion request. If you cannot access the app, email the privacy contact with your registered email and username.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, privacy questions, or data concerns, contact privacy@showdek.com. Include enough information to identify your account, but do not send passwords or one-time codes.

Copyright concerns

For copyright concerns, use the Copyright Policy and email copyright@showdek.com. Include the content location, description of the copyrighted work, your contact details, and the required statements listed in the policy.
